On submission of an order, initial production of your purchase will begin on assembling artwork. For personalised text and customizations, a proof will be produced then email to you to confirm spelling etc. Once you have accepted and confirmed the proof, printing will proceed. Delivery can be up to four weeks from your date of order for full wedding kits. For individual purchases of printed invitations, stationery or prints, please allow 10-14 business days. For PDF copies (not printed) to be emailed please allow 2-4 business days.

Should these times be in excess of the above estimations, an Invited By Kychard representative will be in contact with you to advise.

Amendments must be made within 24 hours of ordering. These can be made by contacting us at: info@invitedbykychard.com.au

Once the printing process has been initiated there are no alterations possible.

Deliveries are made by standard Australia Post. Please note that all deliveries are final. Any spelling errors or typos for personalised items are at the fault of the customer once the proof has been accepted.

Should you receive an order in an unsatisfactory condition due to delivery, please email Invited By Kychard at info@invitedbykychard.com.au, and we will be in contact with you ASAP.

Click and collect is available also for customers instead of postal delivery. Select this option at the checkout and once all items from your order are ready an Invited By Kychard representative will contact you via phone and email to confirm pickup times from our studio at 4 Lyndhurst Close, Croydon, Victoria, Australia. Estimated times for collection are as per the delivery times above.
